Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat: Deliver real-time assistance and accurate solutions to our clients, ensuring a prompt and professional response.

  • Provide detailed product and service information: Guide customers in selecting solutions tailored to their needs, showcasing careerzynith's products and services in a clear and concise manner.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate internal team: Address customer concerns efficiently, either by providing a solution or escalating the issue to the relevant team for further support.

  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone during all customer interactions: Ensure a positive experience for our clients, even in challenging situations.

  • Log customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system: Accurately document customer interactions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

  • Manage multiple live chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service: Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that all customers receive timely and accurate assistance.

  • Assist in the development of FAQs, support guides, and other resources to enhance customer self-service options: Contribute to the creation of valuable resources that empower customers to find solutions independently.

  • Monitor chat metrics and customer feedback, suggesting improvements to processes and tools: Analyze data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, driving positive change within careerzynith.

  • Stay informed about careerzynith's products, services, and industry trends to provide the most relevant assistance: Stay up-to-date on careerzynith's offerings and industry developments, ensuring that customers receive the most accurate and helpful information.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer needs: Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues, providing a seamless and effective solution.

Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred: A strong educational foundation, with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, customer service, or business) being an asset.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in live chat or online support: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with experience in live chat or online support being highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits


careerzynith offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:



  • Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications): A competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience.
