- *Job Summary & Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators. You'll be responsible for handling high call volumes, responding to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries, and providing educated answers to client questions about account activity, investments, and IRA/IRS rules and regulations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing client phone calls
- Respond to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries from clients
- Understand and articulate the account opening, distributions, and investment process to clients
- Assist clients in ensuring that all required forms are fully completed
- Handle troubleshooting inquiries related to Web and Online issues
- Provide educated answers regarding IRA's, and IRS Codes
- Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with protocol and service levels
- Other duties as assigned
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong written, keyboarding, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply relationship-building skills to internal and external clients
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Ability to maintain the highest quality of service and professionalism
- Positive attitude and ability to perform well in a collaborative team environment
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Working knowledge of Salesforce/Service Cloud
- Working knowledge of trust accounting systems, including some familiarity with investments
- IRA/IRS rules and regulations knowledge and experience
- Bilingual language skills
- *Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 (non-negotiable)

- *Training & Onboarding**
- Training class start date: August 11, 2025 (subject to change due to business needs)
- Mandatory attendance during the training period (approximately 3 months/90 days)
- Training schedule: 8 a.m. ET to 4:30 p.m. CT (subject to change due to business needs)
- Regular schedule: 10:30 a.m. ET to 7 p.m. CT (subject to change due to business needs)
- *Internet Speed Requirements**
- Upload Speed: >20 Mbps
- Download Speed: >100 Mbps
- Must be able to hardwire an ethernet cable to the internet modem/router

- Quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during the scheduled shift
