• *Position Details**

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Medical Receptionist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Your duties will include:

• Handling telephones, patient appointment scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, authorization, pre-certifications, referrals, and posting charges
• Managing the business services for workers compensation, commercial carriers, employee health, and corporate accounts
• Maintaining accurate and well-coded billing and medical records
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Providing training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process

• *Requirements**

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Less than 1 Year Clerical/Administrative Experience Required
• Insurance and Customer Service Experience Preferred
• 1-2 years prior experience required for careerzynith Solutions
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required at some locations within 90 days of hire
