As a Remote Work from Home Customer Service Representative in a Contractor Role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support services to our clients. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you (within client/contract hours of operation). Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

• *Contractual Relationship**

As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.

The expected salary for this role is $16 - 19 per hour.
