As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries, and providing accurate and timely information to ensure a positive experience. You'll work closely with our internal clients to understand their needs and develop effective communication strategies to engage with shareholders.

  • Respond to shareholder inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a positive experience
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with shareholders, including creating and disseminating materials and messaging
  • Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs and develop targeted communication plans
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to management as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve customer service and communication strategies
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with shareholders
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Experience with Windows (10 or 11) and USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Ability to come off mute when called on, participate in chat, and complete tasks as assigned
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload

  • Experience in a similar role, providing shareholder communications or customer service
  • Familiarity with industry trends and developments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
