- *Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – WFH, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our consumer and business customers, providing expert support for a wide range of technical issues, from service and billing to retention and repair. With a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving, you'll be the voice of careerzynith, delivering a best-in-class customer experience that sets us apart from the competition.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle complex call types, including service support, billing, retention, and repair, with ease and efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues, leveraging your expertise in careerzynith products and services to resolve customer impacting problems
- Assist customers with products and services, such as laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and initial setup and configuration of careerzynith provided software and applications
- Proactively engage with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues
- Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- *WFH Requirements**
- Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) and participate in workspace audits (remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
- Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
- Familiarity with Windows computers
- Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance
