  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our members who need roadside assistance. You'll take inbound calls, ask essential questions to understand each member's unique situation, and navigate our computer program to locate nearby service providers. You'll also accurately collect and perform data entry of all required member/provider information, use professional communication etiquette and active listening skills to assist members/providers with their needs, and demonstrate efficient call control with the ability to follow a script for various partners/scenarios.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Answer inbound member calls and ask essential questions to understand each member's unique situation
  • Navigate our computer program to locate each member and identify nearby service providers
  • Accurately collect and perform data entry of all required member/provider information
  • Use professional communication etiquette and active listening skills to assist members/providers with their needs
  • Demonstrate efficient call control with the ability to follow a script for various partners/scenarios
  • Consistently meet company standards and specified goals as assigned by management on a regular basis
  • Maintain confidentiality of account information
  • Escalate any issues that may arise to management
  • Adhere to the prescribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional, articulate voice and the ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while typing quickly and accurately and holding a conversation with a member
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • Emotional resilience and the ability to handle upset members in a calm, professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude

  • Experience working in a 3rd shift environment
  • Experience working with dispatch technology platforms
  • Knowledge of roadside assistance industry and services
