As a Customer Success Consultant – Technical Architect, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their goals, use cases, and challenges, and design and drive tailored success and implementation plans that accelerate adoption, ensure high retention, and support customers as their use of the platform matures and scales.

  • *What You'll Do**

As a Customer Success Consultant – Technical Architect at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a trusted technical partner to our customers, establishing yourself as their go-to technical advisor and helping them adopt and expand their use of careerzynith to drive real business value.
  • Collaborating across teams to identify opportunities and communicate the technical value of careerzynith to a wide range of customer stakeholders.
  • Leading post-sales engagements, serving as a key technical contact after the sale, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes, including enabling customers around the product features.
  • Driving customer success by collaborating with support engineers to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights that inform the customer's strategic direction.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic start-up environment.
  • Clear, consistent demonstration of self-starter behavior and a desire to solve challenging technical problems with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex issues and solutions to a highly skilled and experienced audience.
  • Quick learning ability and a strong interest in new technologies.
  • Project management experience for effective internal stakeholder management, coordinating with various teams to ensure account success.
  • A hybrid work position that transitions into a remote position upon completion after one year, with a requirement to come into the Barcelona office 3 times a week for the first year.
  • *What Gives You an Edge**

While not required, the following qualifications and experiences will give you an edge in this role:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or related experience in a technical domain.
  • Up to 5 years of prior experience working in a technology company or related field.
  • Experience in building solutions with Apache Kafka, Hadoop, relational and NoSQL databases, message queues, APIs, and related products.
  • Proficiency in Java or other modern programming languages and distributed systems.
  • A basic understanding of Linux (e.g., Red Hat or Debian) is a plus, but not required.
