• *Job Summary**

We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Content Valuation and Business Insights to join our team in Burbank, CA. As a key member of our Content Valuation and Examination group, you will play a critical role in supporting the preparation of valuations and providing basic analytical insights for all careerzynith content. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and inform key decisions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of careerzynith's content library and business operations
• Prepare and present quarterly content valuation reports and financial planning expectations for prearranged and unscripted content licensed by Hulu and Disney+ internationally
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify key trends and insights, and distill results into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Collaborate with finance partners to identify and implement process efficiencies and improve the quality of ascriptions
• Curate and organize large datasets to inform decisions and drive business outcomes
• Regularly track and maintain content performance metrics, including Nielsen ratings, critical review scores, and industry awards
• Participate in special projects and initiatives that promote innovation and learning across the organization

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or data analysis
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope, prioritize, and execute projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders across all levels of the organization

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working with large datasets and scientific tools, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience working with financial data and systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP
• Knowledge of media and entertainment industry trends and practices
• Experience with content licensing and valuation, including familiarity with industry standards and best practices
