- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Worldwide Obtaining team. As a Chief, Information Investigation and Information Administration, you'll oversee and supervise a wide range of critical financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, and business analysis. You'll partner with obtaining teams across key business areas, including Food, Consumables, Health and Wellness, to identify key procurement opportunities and make informed investment decisions that drive annual and long-term plans.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Drive Key Investigation: Understand key procurement processes, financial/functional metrics, and business objectives and targets to analyze, interpret, and communicate business performance, identify valuable opportunities, and enable critical investment decisions.
- Be a Trusted Counselor: Rapidly build strong and trusting relationships with internal teams. Partner and participate in business strategy conversations and influence key business decisions with informed recommendations using facts and data.
- Convey Information-Driven Analysis: Obtain and collect significant data; arrange and approve data before data analysis; solidify and recognize exceptions and patterns in data; combine data in the making of meaningful client insights; and translate data into actionable plans.
- Practice Continuous Improvement: Work across the organization to identify and resolve issues with a client-centric mindset, present innovative ideas, and drive positive change.
- Acquire a Understanding of Procurement: Ability to demonstrate and stay up-to-date a comprehension of Worldwide Procurement and new and innovative solutions to help the business make the best decisions.
- Drive a Better Way of Working: Promote our journey to become a more digital and data-driven team by using and supporting data analytics tools to drive the business and educating our partners to advance adoption.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience leading numerical or statistical research, analysis, and modeling knowledge, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years' experience leading numerical or statistical research, analysis, and modeling knowledge, corporate security, or related area.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data analytics tools, Dataproc | Flash | Hive or similar data processing instruments, Dataplex | Collibra or similar data management tools, Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with large dataset mining tools and open-source programming tools (e.g., R, Python, HiveQL, Flash).
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, using time effectively, and complying with time constraints.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Detail and results-oriented with a need to keep moving.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Business analysis and reporting, Microsoft Office, statistical modeling software.
- Experience with data visualization tools, data mining software, and data warehousing tools.
