• *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team. As a key member of our Innovation team, you'll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to ensure seamless integration of our systems and processes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Apply your analytical skills and knowledge of business processes, tools, and technologies to resolve a wide range of issues
• Collaborate with other Innovation team members to provide guidance and solutions within your area of expertise
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in your field and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Recognize the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, approaches, or methods to address issues
• Estimate effort and value for proposed solutions and apply business acumen to drive decision-making
• Apply business solutions with a deep understanding of technology platforms and systems
• Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work and complete tasks with a focus on continuous improvement
• Communicate ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of structure and integration
• Proactively screen program risks, issues, and extensions, ensuring the right level of visibility and escalation
• May perform other work duties as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
• Familiarity with technical conditions and software development methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in a help-oriented, team-based environment
• Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse work streams and tasks

• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Certification in business analysis or data analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, CDAP)
