As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Customer Service Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. You will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Customer Service Professional, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
  • Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
  • Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
  • Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

  • *Required Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, prior experience in the long-term care industry and PTCB National Certification are highly desirable.

  • *Education**

A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • *Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$30.00 - $60.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
