  • *Job Summary**

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing data to create, present, and implement innovative ideas and projects, as well as performing basic analysis to mitigate the risk of resistance through process improvements. These improvements will support careerzynith's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby giving our organization a competitive edge.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in optimal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
  • Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
  • Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
  • Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
  • Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
  • Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
  • May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with precision and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present findings in writing, verbally, or through presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is a plus.
  • Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
  • Willingness to work independently in a team-oriented, help-oriented climate.
  • Ability to focus on tasks diligently and be a self-motivated individual.
  • Past internship, capstone project, or research experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
  • Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
