• *Job Summary**

As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models and programs that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute data-driven strategies that inform our marketing and sales efforts. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

• *Responsibilities**

• Develop Marketing Mix Models for various business devices
• Transform version outcomes into insights to assist partners in understanding historical media effects and trends in media performance
• Develop and deliver productive, insightful analytic displays that offer consultative paths to key partners
• Build diverse statistical models for careerzynith business devices and business problems
• Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and to validate data

• *Basic Qualifications**

• Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and system knowledge methodologies including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting
• Proficiency in R or Python for data mining
• Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to summarize and present advanced analytics to senior leadership

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining
• Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm
• Knowledgeable in marketing or media blend modeling
• Expert in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies
• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• *Required Education**

• Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research

• *Preferred Education**

• Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research

• *Compensation and Benefits**

The base pay provided will consider internal fairness and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-associated knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term period incentive devices may be supplied as part of the compensation package, similar to the whole range of clinical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the extent and role provided.
