As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other benefits plans. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, simplify, and enhance our benefits offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the financial wellbeing of our associates and providing them with the tools and resources needed to achieve their long-term financial goals.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Administer retirement plans, including the 401(k) plan, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Work with senior leadership and legal counsel to ensure accurate procedures are in place to maintain compliance with 401(k) associated regulations
  • Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners
  • Provide analytical support and recommendations to senior management to make plan design decisions
  • Manage digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Develop and implement business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Model compliance with company guidelines and standards of ethics and integrity
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data entry, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with big data sets
  • Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools
  • Certification in benefits administration or a related field
