- *About the Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for administering retirement plans, including the 401(k) plan, and other benefits programs. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations, manage enrollment requests, develop and facilitate process training, and provide analytical support to senior management. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the financial wellbeing of our associates and providing them with the tools and resources needed to achieve their long-term financial goals.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Administer retirement plans, including the 401(k) plan, and other benefits programs
- Work with senior leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage enrollment requests and develop and facilitate process training
- Provide analytical support to senior management
- Develop and implement business solutions to improve benefits administration and compliance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to roll out and communicate community procedures, communication materials, and resources to the team
- Support with escalated calls associated with appeals cases
- Write and respond to service inquiries from customers
- Develop, monitor, and report outcomes to management
- Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners
- Provide analytical support and recommendations to senior management to make plan design decisions
- Conduct on-site visits and audits
- Work with TPA contacts to ensure service and financial goals are met according to contractual agreement
- Maintain open lines of communication with TPAs
- Translate requirements to ensure proper interpretation and benefits administration
- Provide education and training to TPAs
- Review and approve third-party and supplemental plan communications
- Review and recommend upgrades to multiple benefits systems
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with benefits administration software and systems
- Knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Experience with project management and implementation
