- *Job Responsibilities**
As the Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet commercial enterprise business needs
- Supporting new development, configuration, and upkeep on the platform
- Providing technical understanding and guidance to internal agencies regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshooting technical troubles related to the platform and enforcing solutions
- Collaborating with IT and special agencies to align on tech needs and implementations
- Keeping up to date with the modern trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
- Conducting daily audits to ensure maximum notable use of the platform
- Leading education instructions to up-expertise internal agencies on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting companies to coordinate product improvements and workarounds
- *What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience related to technical information manipulation & marketing and marketing solution experience
- Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-clear up technical troubles
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Consistently prioritizes safety and safety of self, others, and personal information
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses an immoderate university degree, GED, or immoderate university equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
