- Creating spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
- Transferring data from hard copy to a digital database
- Updating customer information in a database
- Organizing existing data in a spreadsheet
- Verifying outdated data and making any necessary changes to records
- Operating common office equipment, such as scanners and printers
- Searching for and investigating information contained in files
- Performing regular database backups to secure data
- Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents
- Providing occasional administrative support
- Sorting and organizing hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically
