  • *Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.   • *Responsibilities:**

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be responsible for:

### Audit & Compliance

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.
  • Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and analysis tasks.

### Transaction & Reporting

  • Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
  • Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.
  • Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.

### Stakeholder Support

  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
  • Provide excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.

### Continuous Improvement

  • Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
  • Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • *Requirements:**

### Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

### Experience

  • No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
