As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting and analytic solutions to meet business needs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to gather requirements, develop and validate complex queries, and present findings to internal clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, evaluating data needs, and ensuring data integrity and suitability.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to gather requirements and develop reporting and analytic solutions
• Develop and validate complex queries to extract data from various sources
• Present findings to internal clients and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Design and develop packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability
• Evaluate data needs and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve data-related problems
• Work with internal teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 2-4+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications
• Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
• Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
• Database knowledge, including Transact SQL and MS SQL Server
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of careerzynith systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database knowledge, including Hadoop and Oracle
• Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience preferred
