As a Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing, organizing, and optimizing critical data related to price files and internal systems. You'll work closely with our team to streamline data management processes, integrate data into relevant systems, and develop efficient data workflows and procedures. Your expertise in Excel and data processes will ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across various operations.

  • Organize and manage large data sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • Use advanced Excel functions to build and optimize data sets, generate reports, and track progress
  • Transfer information from hardcopy to digital format
  • Update and maintain price files and internal systems, ensuring they reflect current information
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline data management processes and integrate data into relevant systems
  • Develop and implement efficient data workflows and procedures to support business operations
  • Train staff on document retrieval procedures
