  • *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Clinical Trials and RWE Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality research and analysis to support our biopharmaceutical partners and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our Clinical Trials colleagues to design and execute research studies, analyze RWE/RWD, and develop insights to inform business decisions.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Data Mining and Analysis**: Mine crude data collections to deliver normalized, analysis-ready patient datasets from in-house data resources or authorized platforms, analyze and interpret results, and help shape the analysis process.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with other members of the careerzynith Clinical Trials team to deliver significant insights from genuine world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests.
  • **Data Cleaning and Storage**: Clean, transform, and store data into a unified data lake for future analysis and broader team utilization.
  • **Research and Development**: Perform data mining and statistical analysis to analyze RWE/RWD to discover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment results.
  • **Knowledge Sharing and Development**: Support the development of genuine data, analysis, and platform skills, applying advanced investigation and tools to resolve logical inquiries from biopharmaceutical organizations.
  • **Study Design and Execution**: Work together on the design and execution of results research studies, ensuring high-quality, thorough, and interpretable expectations from RWE review and examinations.
  • **Reporting and Visualization**: Assemble dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use.
  • *Essential Capabilities**
  • 2 years of experience with R, Python, or SQL
  • Experience in designing and executing effective and reproducible statistical analyses regarding the study of disease transmission and observational research with healthcare data
  • Knowledge of standard statistical testing methods including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
  • Experience handling large data from various data sources
  • Experience handling protected patient health data
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI visualization tools
  • *Preferred Capabilities**
  • Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets
  • Aptitude in clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
  • Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
  • Experience with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions
  • Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
  • Understanding of analytics and AI strategies, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
