As a Full Stack Data Scientist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in generating high-quality, evidence-based insights that inform our clinical research and development efforts. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to design, execute, and analyze complex data-driven projects, leveraging your expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the development of new treatments, therapies, and medical products that transform the lives of patients worldwide.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Mine and process large datasets from various sources, including in-house information resources and authorized platforms, to extract actionable insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key research questions and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Design and execute advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze real-world evidence (RWE) and real-world data (RWD) from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, and other healthcare information systems.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data-driven decision-making and research initiatives.
  • Work closely with our clinical research team to design and execute results research studies, ensuring high-quality, interpretable results that inform our research and development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and healthcare informatics, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our research and development efforts.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong background in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
  • Experience in designing and executing statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze healthcare data, including experience with data mining and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles, with experience handling sensitive patient data.
  • Familiarity with one or more business intelligence (BI) tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Spotfire.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, and other healthcare information systems.
  • Familiarity with clinical research principles, including Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence (RWE) and clinical trials.
  • Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, and computational insights.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, with the ability to continue learning and developing new skills.
