• *Key Responsibilities**

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational manageability of the critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for careerzynith's IT Offices Group.
• IT administration of all site executions, inventories, infrastructure planning, maintenance, and support systems for server farm critical systems, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room critical climate hardware.
• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications.
• Remote coordination with professional services responsible for critical system support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms.
• Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all critical infrastructure facilities for server farm and remote communication room equipment.
• Advancement of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
• Support of IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggesting and executing departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations.
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Selection of IT and critical infrastructure services, ensuring precise documentation, obtaining best costs for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and vendor support of suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Providing proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware.
• Functional supportability of airport critical climate infrastructure.
• Developing Plan Standards for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems.
• Remote coordination of airport critical system support and break-fix activities.
• Audit/Store Maintenance Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
• Providing remote Occurrence Management goal to airport critical equipment.
• Providing remote installation, setup, and operational support.
• Maintaining strict adherence to change control procedures.
• Balancing multiple priorities within established time limits
• Adaptability to support an activity with changing movements, extended hours, and readiness to come in case of emergency requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliably focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

• Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• IT Project Management experience with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
• Exchange School Graduate
