As an IT Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Tracking and reporting system issues
• Data entry and management
• Responding to technical issues
• Relaying updates to teams
• Supporting working towards better systems
• Assisting with online releases and updates
• Maintaining clear records and reports
