As a Performance Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, working closely with our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team to analyze, optimize, and innovate our virtual and contact channels.

• *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Performance Analyst to join our DTOA team. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for providing dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. You'll work closely with our team to analyze, forecast, and optimize our virtual and contact channels, driving business outcomes and guest satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business decisions
• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish
• Build shows and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
• Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines

• *Measurement and Analytics**

• Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports
• Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed
• Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
• Apply progressive analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
• Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members

• *We're Looking for Someone with**

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python

• *Nice-to-Haves**

• Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills
• Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members
• Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
