As a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, fully remote position with an initial 2-3 weeks of in-person training in our Dallas, TX office.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Care Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or internet
  • Conferencing with customers to provide information about products and services, and keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meeting customer satisfaction targets and performance goals, handling medium to large call volumes on a consistent basis
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, including authorizations, overrides, and prior authorizations
  • Generating faxes and emails, updating records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Texas Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required at hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy environment or customer service center preferred
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
