• *The Opportunity**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Development Manager to lead our Alexa Interface Pack (ACK) design team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the development of our ACK platform, which enables device manufacturers to create high-quality, connected smart home devices quickly and efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision and execution of our product, and you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, senior leaders, and designers, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and develop a high-performing ACK design team, comprising quality assurance specialists and support designers, to deliver a comprehensive product solution
• Collaborate with product managers, senior leaders, and designers to define and develop multi-level web services, firmware, and IoT device SDKs
• Drive the definition and development of new and existing frameworks, including coding guidelines, code audits, source control management, build processes, testing, and live site tasks
• Experience working with product or program management teams to gather requirements, define software product features, technical plans, and product procedures
• Plan or architect new and existing systems, including design examples, reliability, and scaling
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, other technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements, describe software product features, technical plans, and product procedures

• *Essential Capabilities**

• 3+ years of experience in software development, firmware, or IoT device development
• 3+ years of experience in leading a design team, including quality assurance specialists and support designers
• 3+ years of experience in driving the definition and development of multi-level web services
• Strong knowledge of software development practices and examples for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding guidelines, code audits, source control management, build processes, testing, and live site tasks
• Experience working with product or program management teams to gather requirements, define software product features, technical plans, and product procedures
• Experience planning or architecting new and existing frameworks, including design examples, reliability, and scaling

• Experience in communicating with clients, other technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements, describe software product features, technical plans, and product procedures
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing teams of programmers to improve their skills and make them more effective

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
