As a Ramp Agent with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion, while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• *Work Environment and Schedule**

As a Ramp Agent with careerzynith, you can expect to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. Each station is unique, with its own individual flight schedule, so you'll need to be able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.

To be successful as a Ramp Agent with careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in English
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
• Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
