- *Job Description**
As an ROI Data Entry Administrator at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in processing Risk Adjustment requests for our clients. You'll work remotely, using electronic data systems to retrieve and log pertinent information, and transfer electronic document images into our proprietary database. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Use electronic data systems to process information and ensure timely completion of client requests to prevent backlog
- Communicate with team members and client representatives as needed to resolve issues
- Make decisions about what specific record components to release/make available, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Review and apply HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance with privacy statutes
- Perform other duties as assigned, including determining records to be released, completing release of information requests, and electronically transmitting medical records to processing operations
- Work within scope of position and direction, and be available to take on additional tasks, facilities, or assist with ROI backlogs or other ROI functions as needed
- Properly record hours utilizing proper class codes and activity codes in careerzynith's electronic time keeping system
- Adhere to productivity standards for each client's work as assigned, meeting minimum requirements
- The hours of work for this position will vary depending on volumes, including less than, and more than 40 hours of work each week. Employees will be able to utilize available paid time off programs to be paid or will be unpaid for hours worked under 40 in a week.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College course beneficial but not required
- Proficient computer skills, including accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently in high volume production environments
- Experience retrieving information from computer databases is helpful
- Dependable, good organizational skills, good communication skills, and attention to detail
- Positive teamwork-oriented attitude

- Experience working in a data entry or risk adjustment environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and guidelines
