- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Customer Profile UI product group, focusing on the Page Editor and Card Library teams. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and guiding new product ideas from concept to launch. You'll work closely with our UX and Engineering teams to create a high-value product that's both powerful and easy to use.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Define the product vision and strategy for the Customer Profile UI product group, including the Page Editor and Card Library teams
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including UX, Engineering, and Product Management
- Guide new product ideas from concept to launch, working closely with our UX and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and pain points, using qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers' experience, devise strategy to execute ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across careerzynith to make solutions that help our customers grow
- Work with our Product Triad to create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area
- Drive ruthless prioritization and make hard tradeoff decisions to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform products that serve both internal and external customers
- Proven track record of launching products successfully from 0 to 1 to customers
- Experience with technical platforms, cross-team collaboration, communication, and ruthless prioritization
- Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
- Passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
- Ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate – often with limited information
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working on a cross-functional team of UX designers, software engineers, UX research, analytics, and others
- Familiarity with careerzynith's CRM platform and product offerings
- Experience with data-driven decision making and using data to inform product decisions
- Strong understanding of careerzynith's company culture and values
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
