As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of experts in digital protection, threat knowledge, and data tasks. You'll work closely with clients to convey significant knowledge about their security or functional conditions, driving navigation and specific activity. This is an on-site, client-facing position in Virginia, with remote work approved.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement threat intelligence strategies to stay ahead of emerging threats
  • Manage and analyze data from various sources, including sensors, incident response, and other sources
  • Present complex, ambiguous topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity and threat intelligence
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment
  • Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover
  • Experience in team management, including leading, training, and communicating with various audiences
  • US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
  • Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
  • Ability to communicate raw insights from sensors, incident response, and other sources into reports and briefings
  • Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build a methodology, and influence stakeholders
