As a German iGaming Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional and friendly assistance via live chat or email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to customers across multiple brands and gaming verticals via live chat and email, managing an average of 100 cases per shift.
