As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our revenue operations department, working closely with our team to ensure seamless processes and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics. As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
  • Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients and timely reimbursement for dialysis services
  • Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams
  • Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
  • Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements, working closely with our team to implement new processes and procedures
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
  • Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
  • Data Entry experience filling out online forms
  • Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
  • Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
  • Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
