We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing patient refunds, processing patient payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. • Answer patient calls regarding EOBs and research balances
• Manage patient refunds
• Process patient payments
• Provide a positive customer service experience to patients, clients, and guests
• Consistently demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue cycle management goals

• *Requirements**

• A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections
• Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Thorough understanding of EOBs and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with patients
• Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients
• Self-motivated, multitasking, and a team player
