As an Experienced Hybrid Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems using a variety of data entry devices and software applications. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and you'll be expected to follow standardized procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals
  • Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
  • Good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data entry
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

  • 6+ months of experience in a data entry work environment
  • 3+ months of experience working with Windows-based applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
