As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the voice of our brand, interacting with customers through phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions, concerns, or confusion around a particular product or service. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and de-escalating conflicts in a calm and professional manner
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Escalating calls to supervisors when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing credit card authorizations
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
  • Upselling to customers as necessary
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a phone-related environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
  • Stellar customer service skills, with a strong desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude
