We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our property management division, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents, while also assisting our Property Managers with administrative tasks and regulatory compliance. As an Inbound Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Live answering all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pre-screening inbound calls based on motivation level and property details, with the goal of scheduling appointments and driving business growth.
  • Fulfilling tasks as requested by our Property Managers, including entering calls into our system and routing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Monitoring regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management, ensuring that we're always operating in compliance with industry standards.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute each effectively.
