We are seeking an experienced International Customer Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our global clients. As an International Customer Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing product and service information. This is a full-time customer support and telecaller role, requiring a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner

- 12th Pass and above with 1-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
