We're seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote role. As an IT Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing expert IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our IT infrastructure. You'll work closely with our IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and improve our overall IT operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide expert IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and improve our overall IT operations
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, including server farm and data center operations, network infrastructure, and application performance
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, procedures, and technical specifications
• Participate in IT project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with careerzynith's IT standards and policies

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, project management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including server farm and data center operations, network infrastructure, and application performance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Experience with IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• PMP or ITIL certification
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix
• Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence principles and practices
