As a Luxury Retail Customer Experience Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering white-glove service to luxury retail customers via incoming communications. You'll conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and issues with style and poise, offer product recommendations, and close sales with finesse. Your passion for high-end fashion brands and exceptional customer service will shine through in every interaction.

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a luxury retail or similar environment
  • 1+ year of post-secondary education or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • Experience with USB wired headsets and smartphones or tablets (iOS or Android)
  • A passion for high-end fashion brands and exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
