As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative Remote, you'll play a vital role in addressing customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues related to our clients' products and services. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
- Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
- *Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document all call-related information, including customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring seamless communication and support
- Identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, ensuring accurate and informed support
- *Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience a plus
- Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension abilities

- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a private residence as the primary work environment

- Workstation must be connected directly to the Internet, with proof of meeting the minimum speed requirements
