As a Member Service Representative, you will be working in our fast-paced communications center, where you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about our members and understand their financial situations
  • Educate members on the ways we can help them achieve their financial goals
  • Provide meaningful, careful, and focused product solutions
  • Process transactions with courtesy and professionalism
  • Perform advanced transactions, such as IRAs, CDs, and wire transfers

Multi-lingual capabilities, including Spanish, are highly preferred.

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or financial services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift files and bend, stoop, or stand on one leg (just kidding – we don't expect you to do that on one leg!)

  • Experience in financial services or a related field
  • Leadership experience or informal leadership roles
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
