As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions and providing support on the careerzynith platform. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify and implement the best solutions for our customers and team. - *Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Communication**: Engage with customers via telephone, online chat, and email to provide exceptional support and resolve their queries.
- **Platform Assistance**: Assist customers with using careerzynith, offering best practices for scheduling and administration to help them get the most out of our platform.
- **Issue Analysis**: Analyze and troubleshoot issues before escalating to our second line of technical support, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Serve as a link between customers and our product/engineering team, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive innovation and improvement.
- **Finding Solutions**: Proactively identify and implement the best solutions for our customers and team, using your creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- *What you'll bring to the table**
- **Multilingual Skills**: Fluency in English and Norwegian (additional languages are a plus) to effectively communicate with our customers and team.
- **Comfortable working with technology**: Familiarity with technology and direct customer contact to provide seamless support and resolve technical issues.
- **Flexible Availability**: Ability to work at least 16 hours a week, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, with flexibility to accommodate exam schedules and monthly shift planning.
- **Independent & Team Player**: Motivated to work both independently and collaboratively to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- **Customer-Centric**: Passionate about helping people and maintaining a positive communication tone to deliver exceptional customer service.
- **Problem Solver**: Proactive, creative, and capable of thinking outside the box to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- **Eager to Learn**: Interested in developing your customer service and technical skills within an innovative, international company.
- **Student Status**: Ideally, you have at least one year remaining in your studies, but we would love to hear from you even if you don't.
