We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office clerical duties. You'll utilize industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office applications, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional results.
- *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering daily work orders into our systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Assembling and reconciling reports to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Performing various office clerical duties, including filing, copying, and faxing
- Maintaining excellent communication with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination
- Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to perform tasks and meet deadlines
- Other duties as assigned by management
- *Experience and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in data entry (typing at least 40 wpm) in an operations or similar service environment
- 1 year of office clerk experience with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

As a remote employee, you'll need to be able to:
- Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
