We're looking for two part-time Operations team members to join our team, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time positions. As an Operations team member, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth guest experience, handling reservation check-ins, cleaning schedules, and guest communication, among other tasks. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for improving and simplifying processes.

  • Handle reservation check-ins, cleaning schedules, and guest communication
  • Manage guest damage claims, restocking orders, and pool/pet fee requests
  • Assist with lease agreement writing, refunds, and repair scheduling for vacation rental homes
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field
  • Natural eagerness to grow and improve, with a strong ability to multitask
  • Two screen monitors and reliable, fast-speed internet access
  • Ability to make USA phone calls and use W-app
  • Very detail-oriented, organized, and strong work ethic
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn and adapt quickly

  • Experience in vacation rental management or a related field
  • Knowledge of Airbnb or other vacation rental platforms
