  • *Job Summary**

The Order Entry / Customer Service Assistant will work in a team setting to assist Customer Service by processing orders, preparing all related paperwork, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. This position will work directly with the Management, Shipping, and Production departments within the organization. The Order Entry / Customer Service Assistant will also work in conjunction with third-party LTL carriers to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process. Additionally, this role will serve as a backup for answering phone calls and will need to become knowledgeable in all careerzynith Funeral Products.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing department goals
  • Accurately enter data into a variety of computer programs
  • Maintain filing system
  • Provide general support to customer service representatives and management
  • Assist in maintaining customer records
  • Answer phone calls
  • Perform other duties as required
  • *Requirements:**
  • Previous office experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to learn other programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mathematical skills – above average, quick mathematical skills are required
  • Strong reasoning ability
