  • *The Opportunity**

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative with careerzynith's National Campaigns Unit, you will play a crucial role in communicating with shareholders on behalf of internal clients such as Computershare and Georgeson. This is a contested proxy meeting role where you will clarify information and guide investors to ensure their interests are accurately represented. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound, outbound, and email responses for shareholder communications
  • Assisting investors in understanding contested proxy meetings, where one side questions management and suggests replacing the Board of Directors
  • Communicating that the information from opposing sides is inaccurate and reassuring shareholders that management has their best interests at heart
  • Directing shareholders to the appropriate platform for voting moving forward
  • Promoting the message that shareholders should disregard conflicting information and trust management's decisions
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Engage with shareholders professionally and effectively, addressing their concerns and providing clear guidance
  • Clarify complex information and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and customer data entry tools to manage shareholder communications
  • Participate in team chats and actively contribute to the success of the National Campaigns Unit
  • *Requirements:**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to correct grammar when needed
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and managing customer data entry
  • Ability to actively participate in calls and team chats
  • *Equipment Requirements:**
  • Windows 10 or 11 operating system
  • USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (optional but beneficial)
  • Ability to come off mute when called on
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
  • *Pay and Benefits:**
  • $20.00 per hour
  • 3-month contract with potential for extension
