About the Position


The Overnight Call Center Customer Representative at careerzynith is a challenging and rewarding role that requires working overnight shifts. In the first 45 days, you will undergo in-person training, after which remote work may be possible. As a representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer needs, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Responsibilities



  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance toward resolution. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your ability to understand their needs and provide effective solutions will be crucial to their satisfaction.

  • Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, and your ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems will be essential to your success.

  • Create cases for all calls and emails received, enter the history of the problem, all steps taken, and subsequent resolution if resolved at the Help Desk or escalate to appropriate next level. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions, which will help us to improve our customer service and technical support processes.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a Technical Customer Service Call Center. You will need to have a minimum of two years of experience in a technical customer service call center to be considered for this role.

  • Strong understanding of customer service and customer relations. Your ability to understand and deliver exceptional customer service will be critical to your success in this role.
