• *Responsibilities**

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help customers find the information they need
• Providing product and service information to customers, including details about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers and our dealer clients
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealer clients to build strong relationships with their customers
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our dealer clients improve their online presence and customer service

• *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think on your feet and handle multiple tasks at once

• *Requirements**

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Show your ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Have gaming experience, although not required
